- Add some fresh ingredients:
- Fresh lemon, lime, raspberries, blueberries, mint, basil or cucumber – yum!
- Drink more herbal teas like peppermint, chamomile, ginger, rosehip, or rooibos
- Opt for a sparkling beverage instead of soda, or dilute those sugary drinks with lots of ice
