Step one: Condition the ends
Brush out your hair, then hop in the shower. Do not use shampoo - only use conditioner on the ends of your hair.
Step two: Brush out hair
Hop out of the shower, then, while your hair is still wet, brush out your hair (a Denman Hair Brush works super well), starting with the ends and working your way to the top. You can also gently pat your hair to get rid of excess water, preferably with a microfiber hair towel.
Step three: Apply Nourish + Repair Serum
When your hair is wet, the cuticles are 'open' meaning it will absorb products better. So, that makes this the perfect time for a hydration treatment! Squeeze out a generous amount of argan oil and work it through your hair, from the middle to the ends. Make sure you drench those delicate baby hairs!
Step four: Braid loosely
Once your hair is thoroughly coated with argan oil, pull your hair to one side and braid your hair in either one or two strands. Be careful during this step because when your hair is wet, it is much more fragile. Then, secure your hair in place with a silk scrunchie and head to bed.
Step five: Shampoo the following morning
The next morning, on your scheduled wash day, jump back in the shower and shampoo and condition your hair as you normally would. Voila! Your hair will feel luxuriously silky once it dries!
